Refund Policy
Ecom Takeoff does not, in any circumstances, provide any refunds for services rendered unless explicitly stated by Ecom Takeoff in a separate signed contract. This is due to the fact that our services involve significant hard work and the investment of resources, which cannot be recovered upon cancellation of any service agreement with Ecom Takeoff. We obviously pride ourselves as an agency to over-deliver and create amazing work that gets results for our clients, but if you decide to drop the ball for some reason, and decide you no longer wish to proceed in working with us for no valid reason that we can agree on, you agree that there are to be no refunds or any cost subsidization of any kind. Thank you for understanding and appreciating our hard work that we put in to deliver world-class results for our many clients worldwide.
Store Rebuilds
In order to optimize an eCommerce store’s performance, we can sometimes offer store rebuilds at no additional cost until sales, orders, or new customers (more than 1 sale) are generated from the store (defined as “getting results” or defined as "making money"). After this point, if further optimization or troubleshooting are necessary for a client to achieve "results", Ecommerce Takeoff reserves the exclusive right to charge an additional fee for services provided beyond the free store rebuilds. The fees that Ecom Takeoff may decide to charge clients for further optimisation or store-rebuilds can vary from case to case, depending on a multitude of external factors. Clients will be advised of their situation and the options that Ecom Takeoff are willing to provide them, and at the end of the day, every decision made is made entirely at the client's discretion, as everyone is already well aware.
General Terms
Ecommerce Takeoff reserves the right to revise or amend this policy at any time as deemed necessary by Ecom Takeoff. Any changes or revisions to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, and customers are responsible for reviewing this page regularly for updated information. Ecom Takeoff does not need to update anyone on the status of this page, and it is entirely your responsibility as a client or prospective client, to keep up to date with our terms as per this page, or through conversations with authorised Ecom Takeoff directors or staff.
For note - this Ecom Takeoff Refund and Store Rebuild Policy was last revised on 7 January 2023. As it stands, all clients to date are aware of these terms and the way our policies are structured.
Your Obligations As An Ecom Takeoff Signed Client
By engaging with Ecommerce Takeoff’s services, in any context, and at any price, you, the client, agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Store Rebuild Policy, as well as any specifics given directly by Ecom Takeoff in explicit authorised communications. The only thing that would override the terms and conditions stated on our official website here, are the terms provided in mutually signed agreements by both the client and Ecom Takeoff after the date of November 11 2022. Any contracts signed before this date are subject to other terms.
